Order #119191 Purchase didn't arrive, emailed 5 times, called 3 times and still nothing. Now waiting for a full refund but expect I will have to force my bank's involvement as do not trust I will get my money back with any ease. Looking at other recent reviews, I won't hold my breath for an easy refund either.

Avoid at all costs. Wish I could give 0 stars. Product ordered 27/12/22 payment taken next day for that plus 5 day delivery. After a few weeks I emailed and was told it had been dispatched, it hadn't. After a month I rang them they don't answer the phone or reply to messages left. Emailed again insisting on a refund which I was told would take 5 to 10 days. Another month on no Product no refund and no cares given by this disgusting company. Need to be shut down. Will be going to trading standards

Still haven’t received my items, ordered 14 days ago. Have been in touch and received an unhelpful, unspecific reply. Emailed again and haven’t received a reply so still have no idea when my stuff is arriving

Order taking far too long to arrive. Received apology for the delay. Then received 8 days ago notification it was at last ready for dispatch. Not a word since.

I placed my order on the 1st February. My card has been charged but the goods have not been received. I have sent several emails and left messages but have not received any details on when my order will be received.

Order was never delivered. Customer service totally ineffective. Suspect they may not even stock the products I ordered. I cancelled the order and am awaiting refund. Will reclaim through credit card if not refunded.

Have to say item was ordered on the 27th December, paid for on the day of order and only received it Wednesday!!, honestly it's awful, won't be using it, and would never buy from you again.

Made this order in January and still have not received it, I've emailed countless times with them saying the order has been dispatched with no proof. They are not replying to my emails now terrible company will never use again, avoid!!!

Please give this company a very wide berth, its one thing to be still waiting 3 weeks for an order to be delivered but to be lied to when you email to find out what the delay is. First excuse, its been dispatched and we will send tracking straight away, 4 days later, sorry its not been despatched we will do it straight away, a few more days later, no response, a few more days no response so ive cancelled my order with full refund and get an immediate response but your refund will take 5 to 10 days. This is not how to do business or keep customers.

Absolutely disgusted with this service. I waited for over a month for my order to arrive, emailed countless amounts of time to their customer service team in which I was told that they had shipped the item, then the next member of the team would tell me they would send out a replacement. They had no idea what was going on. When I requested a refund I was blatantly ignored. I will never buy through this website again.
