I ordered dog food it was late and then you said you could not fulfill order and would issue a refund, I chased my refund many times but was totally ignored. So I went to my bank explained what had happened and they refunded me. Several weeks later I receive email saying dog food was on the way I emailed and said please don’t deliver as bank had refunded me when you wouldn’t, unbelievably it still turned up and sits in my house waiting for you to pickup. Hard to believe but that is the short version incredibly bad service.

I note from the many reviews regarding this company that this seems out of character, however, my experience of them is just appalling. I am so angry with the lack of goods, lack of service and now I'm being totally ghosted. I ordered and paid for 2 x bags of dog food, totalling £48.15 on the 26th January, I am still waiting for delivery as at 13th March. I have repeatedly emailed asking for an update which initially I received a reply simply saying 1) they could seem my order had been dispatched and I should get delivery info shortly....nothing came, then 2) they would re-dispatch the order. No apology for the delay, nothing. A month later still no delivery and now they are ignoring my emails. All I want is my order or now, simply, my money back. I find the lack of customer service awful, no replies to emails and no one EVER answers the phone. I would strongly suggest you avoid this company.

Nearly 5 weeks after ordering Natures Menu dog food, it has still not been delivered, despite several emails to your customer services department requesting information or a refund I have received nothing

I order some beef muscle and paid by card 2 weeks ago and to date have not received the product. Having followed it up I was assured this would be sent out as a priority but have heard nothing more despite chasing on Monday. Most unsatisfactory will never use this company again!

This company is an absolute joke, I cannot believe that you have just sent me an email asking how my dog is enjoying the product when I haven't even received them! I ordered these on 4th February, contacted you on the 14th February to be told my order would be sent out straight away - no apology that 10 days later my order still hadn't even been posted. It is now the 22nd February and I still haven't received it. I have had to buy the same product elsewhere now and would like a refund. I will be contacting the company to make an official complaint.

Absolutely shocking service or lack of it from this company. Have had no correspondence from them even after using all channels available. No one ever answers the phone or replies to messages !!

3 weeks later, no delivery of my order - they have my money! Customer service is as shocking as I'm reading in other reviews - they responded at first, now I am being ghosted. I just want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! We have been waiting for over 4 weeks now for an order and are beginning to believe that we will have no choice but to request the money back from our credit. We are dog rescue charity and can ill afford to lose money. All the negative comments given by other reviewers we can relate to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 0 stars given in reality.

I placed 2 separate orders a couple of days apart before noticing the reviews, if I’d noticed them I’d have never placed any orders. Waited ages before receiving an email to say orders had been dispatched, no tracking numbers, contacted the company regarding where the deliveries were as on the website they had both been marked as fulfilled, pretty quick I received a reply saying orders were still in warehouse and they’d get them sent out asap and I’d get a tracking number, still waiting on orders and never received tracking numbers, I emailed again requesting a refund and needless to say I’ve never heard anything back, this company is awful! Do not order from them it’s more grief than anything else, they are happy to take payment but don’t send items, they ignore when it suits and seem to be happy to delay you from requesting a refund

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order two weeks ago and it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Their customer services responded to one of my emails and then stopped replying. A quick online search and I found out that this is happening with loads of other people. I’ll now contact my bank and see if the transaction can be voided so at least I get my money back.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Atrocious customer service. Waited ages for order to be delivered promised it had been despatched. Still not received after 2 weeks so cancelled it and they confirmed this and said I would receive a refund within 5 to 10 working days. Today I had confirmation my items had been shipped which are now not needed as a went elsewhere. There’s no way of getting in touch by phone so have to wait for them to get round to answering emails. This is totally unacceptable after I cancelled.
