“I would give no stars if possible. I placed an order and paid no goods have arrived despite two emails saying they have need dispatched. I would not order from this company again. Note reviews on line. I am not alone.”

“Ordered weeks ago and still no tracking information or delivery. Emails asking for a refund are now being ignored so have contacted my bank to ask for help.”

“Ordered food weeks ago, no communication, I have emailed and emailed and nothing back, food has yet to arrive 3 weeks later I will be contacting my bank to chase for a refund. Utterly disgusting customer service”

“Dog food finally arrived after 2 weeks. Took several emails about the dog food not being delivered. Not impressed as this was the 1st time order with this company. Unfortunately I will not be ordering it again from Not in The Dog House.”

“Ordered on 15th January but after 2 weeks of chasing as to where my order was I was told I would get a refund then about 5 days later it arrived so not sure I will use again”

“Left several messages about cancelling the order. No response. Then received the order after I'd sourced it elsewhere because it took so long. Still no response from the company. Needless to say won't use again, will go back to my original supplier where lead time was 3 days.”

“Waited nearly a month for my order. Sent emails several times and was assured it would be processed etc. Eventually at my request they are going to reimburse me as they could not fulfill my order.”

“Ordered on 21st January and still have not recieved goods. No response from numerous messages left and emails sent. Have just been told order has been shipped but no tracking number. Very disappointed and frustrated. Would like immediate refund otherwise I'm off to Trading Standards.”
