Delivery never came. Had an email to say it was delayed and heard nothing further. Emailed and was told it would be delivered soon and still nothing. No explanation of why.

No dog food, no refund, no reply to numerous phone calls. My advice is if you want to lose your money and have a hungry pet buy from them. A completely useless company

I tried to cancel muy order due to delay in delivery . I still haven't received anything. Was the order cancelled. If so where is my refund?

Appalling experience. Ordered the item at the beginning of January and shipping said 5 days. Three weeks later, there was no sign of it so I contacted them and they agreed to re-despatch. Two weeks later, still hadn't received it so I asked for a refund. There was no apology. I shan't use this company again.

I have been patient enough here. I am still waiting for an order placed on 23rd December 2022. I have had one email back from you in this whole time and when i called on multiple occasions, I didn't get an answer. This is unacceptable and I will now be claiming the funds back from my bank.

It took 3 weeks to get my delivery and I think actually this wasn’t too bad considering some of the other reviews. The communication was poor to begin with - saying it was dispatched and then it wasn’t etc. It took me raising a dispute with my payment method to getting the order shipped out and then finally delivered. It’s a real shame as I’d use them again if it didn’t take so long - pricing was ok and they are a small business so I’d always rather use them than a big company. But sadly given the delivery timings it’s just easier to get what I need from elsewhere.

Product was good. Delivery was terrible, waited nearly 3 weeks and there wasnt any postal strikes or any reason for delay. Had to chase this order up on numerous occasions. I wont be ordering again

Product ordered was 2x 15L dog food storage bins which are very good and perfect for purpose. Unfortunately they took much longer than stated to arrive 3 weeks in total. 12 days after ordering I was informed the order was in its way. A week later still not received so I emailed them and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately one of the bins is damaged but fortunately did not affect the use and fitment of the lid so I did not return especially as they will be stored in the garage.

My item arrived damaged on 26th January. I have emailed several times and called and as yet have had no response at all. Poor customer service, no communication and stuck with a broken item.

Order placed for raw dog food, one month ago: Nothing received. Numerous emails have been sent, but still no delivery. The telephone just goes to VM. One message left prompted a standard 'sorry about the delay' apology response. I want refunding

I ordered a dog bed back in November which to this day has not arrived. I waited until the end of December until requesting a refund, as it was clear from the tracking the order had not been dispatched from the seller. I have still not received a refund 3 months later, despite countless attempts contacting the seller. Very disappointing

I have waited nearly four weeks for my order. I have sent emails and left ansaphone messages. I eventually received an email telling me they would cancel my order and give me a refund. I am still awaiting a refund .I will not use this company again!!
