My experience is like so many others. I placed an order on 12/12/22, the money was taken from my account immediately but the order has never arrived. I’ve chased endlessly by email and eventually said I wanted my money back. Various staff have told me they’ve given me a refund but 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for the money to appear in my account. Don’t order from them!!

After nearly a month not recieved my order, my emails have been ignored, no one has returned my phone calls and I have had to contact my bank to get a refund as the company has been that unhelpful!!

We placed an order with this company over 3wks ago and despite numerous messages to chase our order and been told a couple of times that our order has been dispatched but not been given a tracking number and advised who the items are being sent by...trying to find out how to get a full refund and go elsewhere, not happy with this company at all, shocking how they can do this to alot of other customers...please don't use this company

The order has not been received, I have emailed Not in the dog house and called an American automated voicemail service which no one responds to. Either the company has gone under or is just incompetent. Really poor customer service.

Placed my order on 5th January 2023, we are still waiting (2nd February 2023). Fobbed off again and again with promises, lies and silence from the other end. I shall be taking this up with my Credit card company, but a very unsatisfactory experience which seems to have been shared with many other customers. And yes, they did take payment the day the order was placed.

Item arrived absolutely covered in dog hairs having clearly been worn by another dog Emailed a week ago yet the only response has been to tell me that they will respond within 2 days and send me several requests to rate them. So I have.

My order was placed on 17/01/2023 and it was delivered on 30/01/2023. There was no indication that it would take so long and I had to email a few times to find out where my order was. A bit unsatisfactory.

No other word than appalling. My only advice would be don’t use Not in the dog house! An order placed on the 7.12. still has not been fulfilled. I have been told 3 times it’s been dispatched, lost and re-dispatched, never to have a tracking number and never to arrive! I took up a complaint via Resolver, this prompted an email stating a refund had been made on the 17.1.. but guess what… that has never appeared either. The only thing they appear to do promptly is take your money. I will like others report Not in the dog house to trading standards, in the hope that they will take action to stop this happening to others

I ordered dog food said would arrive 5 working days, over 2 weeks 5 days and various emails as you can’t speak to anyone just leave voicemail I’ve got tracking - really disappointed 😞

Placed an order just over 2 weeks ago haven't even received my tracking never mind my order, have tried emailing them an ringing them an no one seems till be available till help even though its seems they were happy enough till take my money

Do not use this 'company' They are thieves who take your money and send you nothing. No customer service at all... they just ignore emails. Lesson learnt the hard way .

Despite ordering this over 6 weeks ago and after numerous emails I have still NOT received the dog food yet. I have asked for a full refund and still not heard back.

Dreadful! I will never use this company again. Delivery of dog food took over 3 weeks and only arrived when I threatened to go to the credit card company for a refund. I was lied to about it having been despatched and then ignored.

I placed my first order with this company over 2 and a half weeks ago and still no delivery. Have sent customer service emails and had lacklustre, non-specific replies. I will never order from them again. Shame.
