ITEMS NOT DELIVERED. PAYMENT WAS TAKEN ON THE DAY OF THE ORDER ON 30TH DECEMBER 2022. HAVE CONTACTED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS HAVE BEEN FOBBED OFF AND ADVISED THAT MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE CREDITED TOLD THIS 3 TIMES. THEY HAVE STILL NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND IT's NOW 2ND FEBRUARY 2023. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS CORRUPT DONT DEAL WITH THEM

The Coat is very good the only reason for the average review is the delivery time we paid for Evri around 5 days and it took almost 3 weeks.

Not impressed with the lack of communication, delivery took weeks , i needed the puppy food and had to purchase elsewhere, sorry to say , wont be ordering again .

I'm still waiting for the order - about 3 weeks. I have had email communication to apologise for the delay and I had an email to say it had left the warehouse a week ago and nothing since.

Used the company twice and though the goods were delayed slightly, had no issue. However, the service on this 3rd order has been terrible. Ordered on the 8/1 and then had an email saying the goods would be delayed. Wasn't really an issue as it had happened before, albeit annoying, so I had ordered with enough of the item left. However, contacted them 2 weeks later as I hadn't heard anything. Got a fairly quick reply to say it had been despatched. Emailed again on 23/1 asking them to cancel and refund as I'd had to order the item from elsewhere. No response but the item showed up on the 27th - the despatch label showing a date of 25th. This means they ignored my request. I've been in touch (message on phone and email) to ask for the item to be returned and refunded and they haven't bothered to get back to me. I like using smaller companies when I can, and as not many sell the item I wanted, I was pleased to find this one. That has quickly turned to disappointment and now anger. I guess they think it doesn't matter as there's nothing wrong with the item and it'll still be used, but fail to understand people budget and paying out twice for something in one go can cause problems. Will not be using again and would certainly not recommend to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! 7 MONTHS & STILL NO REFUND!!! I ordered 2 x cool coats for my Dogs LAST SUMMER in August 2022 when we had that heatwave… I only received one, I spoke to them & was told there was only one in stock. I wish they had told me this, so I could have ordered some coats elsewhere. (I ordered some cooling towels too, which were received, after the order taking AGES to get to me!) I have been charged for 2 & am STILL waiting for my refund in February 2023. The communication is AWFUL, I have never known anything like it. I have had a couple of replies here & there, the last one being a couple of weeks back at 1am promising a refund ASAP, being most apologetic & now NOTHING again. No reply to emails, no call back after leaving NUMEROUS messages on their answerphone & the phone line doesn’t seem to work at all! (Straight to answerphone) I have been left with no choice but to take this to Trading Standards. I placed & paid for an order in good faith. After seeing all the other terrible reviews, it seems to me they need to shut shop. They clearly have no respect for their customers… It won’t be long before they have none. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

While the product did finally arrive, more than two months after I ordered and paid for it, and the quality is good, the communication from the company was almost non-existent, and twice I was told the item was on its way, when it obviously wasn't. Had I been told when I ordered the dog bed that there would be a delay, it would have been fine. I do hope they manage to improve matters as the idea behind what they do is a good one.

I still haven’t received the dog bed I ordered at the end of Dec 2022. I have emailed twice with no response and am £40.00 out of pocket. I would not recommend using this company - such poor communication and NO Product received. Very disappointed.

Still no delivery after 4wks, asked for a refund which would take 5-10 days to process. Still not had refund after 15 WORKING days!! Customer service have been polite, but clearly did not dispatch my order when I followed up. No tracking number ever arrived, so I asked for a refund, which they said they would organise immediately. I am still asking for my refund and it's all gone quiet! Shame as I wanted to use an independent company and support them, but I've had to resort to using Amazon next day service. I would not recommend this company, despite the great range of products on their site.

ordered 17th jan, told was dispatched but website says unfulfilled still. No longer replying to my emails. What a joke of a company. DO NOT USE... First and last order. I will be making a complaint through clearpay whom I used and make it my mission to get them removed after reading MANY other similar complaints on delays, lies and no replys from customer services. Your terms say your not liable but how can you not be and provide a sub par service.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a month ago and had no update. Contacted them on numerous occasions but had no response. Ended up going to the next ombudsman and then they decided to dispatch my order and it came the next day.

Item was marked as shipped over a week ago but never arrived. Contacted support who confirmed it hadn’t actually been dispatched and would be shipped imminently. A few more days have passed and still the item hasn’t been dispatched and support are not responding to any messages.

Shocking level of service. Item took 4 weeks to arrive. But most annoying of all were the many emails advising me that the item had been dispatched when obviously it had not!

I placed 2 orders in late dec and early jan and neither of them have arrived. I have tried to contact customer service and no messages have been replied to. Really sorry to be able to say how delighted I am with your products as they look wonderful.

I Asked to cancel order before it was shipped because my poorly pup is now on a prescription diet, they lied to me about it already being shipped as 2 days later I recieved an email stating they still hadn't shipped it so I emailed and tried to call with no response and recieved items another 4 days after their not shipped yet email I have contacted several times emailed and tried to call to get the food back to them and refunded and had no response what so ever still waiting nearly 2 weeks later very poor customer service would not recommend
