“Although I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked to receive the coat, I was kept informed all along and the quality of the coat is excellent!!! Would highly recommend!!”

“Still waiting on my dog coat which I ordered over 3 weeks ago. Shocking service. After constant messaging I was told they would send out “a replacement immediately” however they hadn’t sent the original one so I’ve no idea what they were thinking. Again nothing showed and I complained again at which point they gave me an EVRI tracking number and said it had been despatched. Yet another lie as EVRI do t have anything - the tracking comes up blank. Do NOT use these people. I’m now trying to obtain a refund as I’m sick to death of this”

“I can't comment on the product as it has not arrived yet - after being told it had been dispatched, later a replacement had been dispatched - now the company are not replying to my emails. Might be a good product but their communication skills are dreadful.”

“Order placed 14 January. Emails received on 19 & 23 January confirming despatched. No tracking details ever received. Finally delivered 31 January with delivery note stating despatched 16 January whilst carrier lable states collected 30 January. Total disaster.”

“Ordered dog food in December,stated it was dispatched, then confirmed it was not!! Can't speak to anyone as always on answerphone,no one returns phone calls,stated refund made,still awaiting refund despite assurances it had had been made!!”

“Hasn't arrived I ordered on the 17th of January paid extra for faster delivery fir my trip to the Highlands in Scotland that I'm on my way back from! I've tried to contact gor a refund and cancel the order and have hear nothing back it's not hood enough! Still hasn't arrived and it's now February”

“Item ordered almost 4 weeks ago & not arrived. Now getting no response from customer service. Phone lines never answered & no response to voicemails. No despatch notification. I have paid in full for an expensive item I can only assume they have not sent. They are now not contactable. Do not use this company you will lose your money based on my experience. Seeking consumer council assistance.”

“Order placed. 10 days after I start chasing and was told the order was despatched and a confirmation email would follow. Another 4 days later chased again as no email received I was told still waiting to come back in stock! I asked for a refund 3.5 weeks later still waiting but confirmation of the refund.”

“Ha ha, that's so funny asking for a review when there are nearly 150 people on a forum called Not in the dog house ARE in the dog house due to not getting orders or refunds and waiting weeks or months for an order. Communication terrible as well, I would not recommend NITDH!”

“Have never experienced such appalling customer service. Phone calls are answered by a machine and enquiries left along with emails sent were not responded to. Took 2 weeks from placing order to delivery. There is more I could add but I recommend you give this company a very wide berth and shop elsewhere”

“Awful experience. Still have not received the item I ordered and have tried contacting company. Really think this is someone taking your money and never dispatching item I am going to have to take it up with bank to try and get refund. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from them. Very disappointed with the whole process”

“Can't offer any comment on the products since I still hadn't received my order 2 weeks after placing it. After 1 week I enquired where it was & was told it was being despatched to the warehouse that day. It evidently wasn't. Ended up cancelling the order, got a refund & bought elsewhere!”
