Horrendous after sales. Took 4 weeks for my dog food to be delivered and the only response when I contacted them was ‘you will receive a dispatch notice’ Never using again

Ted's coat arrived eventually, so a quicker delivery would have been good. Really pleased with the 2 in 1 coat though.

POOR! Don’t ever order from this website. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it, after saying 5 business days. Absolutely terrible website.

Took 17 days to deliver a product that was listed as being available/in stock. 16 of those days were the time taken to get the consignment to the delivery company so clearly not an issue with the delivery company. Inquired three times as to the status of the order. First inquiry I was told that it had been dispatched, then the second inquiry got no reply, then a few days later an automated email to say 'sorry it's taking longer than usual', then another automated email a few days later to say that my order's on its way. A few days goes past, still nothing, and then after the third inquiry was told that it would be chased up and dispatched straight away. Finally arrived four days after that. Seems to me some sort of issue with stock control and/or tracking the status of people's orders.

I made my first order in December before Christmas with Not In The Dog House but sadly they are! It is now the end of January and my order has STILL not been received. I’ve only received 1 communication from them stating it would be delayed, this was back in December…. What can I say… I won’t be ordering from them again! Thankfully my kittens didn’t go starving as I order from elsewhere.

Terrible service, the bird seed took 3 weeks to arrive & each time I enquired about the order all I ever got was an automated response. Would definitely not use again.

I wish I could say good things, but after being mislead and ignored regarding my order unfortunately, I can't. Not in the dog house need to do a whole lot better if they want 100% customer satisfaction!

Placed my order on the 9th January, still waiting for delivery. I have emailed multiple times and get the same 'copy and paste' reply apologising for the delay. I asked for a refund or alternatively they send out another bag of food at priority delivery as clearly the other has been lost. I also asked for tracking info but they couldn't provide me with it, seems dodgy to me. Not willing to accept responsibility over orders. Received another email to say it's been dispatched and yet a week later still waiting. Looked up reviews elsewhere and poorly rated with other customers having the same issues as me. I'd avoid.

Ordered and paid on 10/1/23 and still not received my goods absolutely shocking customer service. I will never purchase anything off your company again. Regards Jeff

I have never received the items which were ordered in December. I have chased them many times by email, phone and letter. I did receive an email after posting a letter "recorded delivery" a couple of weeks ago which said that order was being passed to their warehouse and that I would receive tracking in due course. Needless to say, no further communication from them and order hasn't been received.

My items never arrived. I emailed several times. To be fair to them they do answer you but seem powerless to do anything about the lost items. Received contradictory emails, one saying my items had been dispatched and then later getting another one telling me they were yet to be dispatched. All very confusing, very time consuming and not recommended at all. You would have thought they’d offer something for the inconvenience and time I spent trying to chase this up, especially as some of the items were for my dog’s birthday, which I told them about and which had by then been missed, two weeks after ordering. Unfortunately not. When I said I’d been waiting too long and needed my money back, they just said they’d refund me and that was that. No attempts to call me despite me also leaving my number several times and no attempts to try to resolve the situation without me having to ask for a refund, which really was a last resort as I would rather have just received what I purchased. Not a happy experience. Such a shame as I’m sure the company’s intentions are good but unfortunately they are inefficiently run and do not have a reliable delivery service.

Ordered on 10th Jan. After several emails, promises of dispatch, promises of tracking number, promises of delivery, STILL NO DOG FOOD. Had I looked at the reviews, I would NEVER have trusted them with my money, which they were quick enough to take. As far as they're concerned, my dog can go hungry. They say they're a caring company HA HA Bloody HA. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RETURN OF GOODS..........YET I'D LIKE TO GIVE THEM MINUS POINTS, BUT CAN'T. NEVER AGAIN, and I have let dog-walking friends know about this DREADFUL company.
