“I am using Notino for years now and I love it but this time, trying to change the address for my parcel to arrive at work was such a pain... can't belive you don't have the option to put the postcode and then just to choose the adress. Was a nightmare”

“Always happy with buying from N. Great product great deals . My concern is only dpd courier. Never leave package with my neighbour when was asked :( need to always go to shop for collection and carry heavy package.”

“It’s really the worst service that I ever had!!! I ordered the Clive Christian fragrance, it was 200£. Long delivery - 7days. But it’s ok when you will get exactly what you want. So… after the 7 days I got the email- sorry your parcel was damaged… please wait 2-3 more days. Ok…Great It was delivered almost different item!! Almost different fragrance. The staff tried to tell me that it’s new version (update and different fragrance/bottles /everything) They haven’t done any changes at their website or didn’t let me know , I could choose and don’t loose my time!!! They told that refund is 14 days, after 14 days they told that refund should back in 3-5 days…. Amazing All I want - my money back Not to have any orders with this company!!! Totally dishonest company!!!”
