“On your web checkout you don’t show delivery charge but at checkout PayPal you charged 3.90 with no means to not pay this why ??”

“I haven’t received the item yet but I wanted to comment on having to pay for eco wrapping. I paid as we have to do our bit for the environment however this should be every companies goal without relying on customers being able to afford the extra.”
