“Difficult website to navigate Misleading offers and freebies Misleading info on free delivery”

“Purchased Estée Lauder product at a competitive price but £3.99 a delivery I feel was expensive. Usually new first time customer get a small incentive to order. No problems encountered with site or order process. Decided to purchase two of the same item to reduce overall unit cost, yet to receive order so cannot comment on delivery. Would like to see Bare Minerals on site.”

“Total pain to get order through. Battled to put incorrect address, battled to put in card details. You need to sort this as I am not prepared to spend hours trying to finalise an order.”
