“Yes I did. I tried in vain to place this order well before the 24th of October as you had a discount code of ‘10notino’ available & due to another fault which was that the order was not accepting my postcode every time I was trying to put in my address details. I wasn’t also aware that the £6.99 express delivery ended last night when I was again having difficulty putting in my postcode as it wasn’t being recognised. So yes overall a bad very first experience! Even after speaking to two of your representatives over the phone to resolve the issues nothing came about. So have had to settle with an expensive order in regards to the actual item & delivery...it would have been cheaper for me on other websites selling at similar prices. Thanks for understanding.”
