“I have never had a problem with Notino. Samples that arrive broken are refunded. I used to cringe at the price of shipping but have had free delivery the last couple of times - major improvement.”

“I am happy because notino allows me to buy my favourite Polish cosmetics(Farmona and Tolpa). I like the free delivery discount and deliveries allways come on time and i can track them easily. What could be improved is the availability of products as sometimes my favourites aren't available for couple of weeks. Otherwise very happy customer!”

“Product was reasonably priced but, delivery charges are hidden on this company until you get to the pay pal point. very misleading it looks like you are paying 90p for delivery when that really is an extra for eco delivery, they then add on another charge at the next point. Quite deceiving really, I like to know what I am paying for from the start, like most people!”
