“I’m always nervous when ordering from a new site...and am glad I did. Fabulous savings on products and because the sites easy to use I end up buying more! No problems yet”

“Consistently good prices, excellent service, will accept returns if your not happy and it worked with me with a bottle Rasassi.. No reason to shop elsewhere. Even the mighty Fragrance X can't compete.”

“Fantastic online store well stocked, the only drawback is the shipping fee of 3.99 I think that above e.g. £ 25 the fee should be free.”

“Good clear and easy to use online store. Prices are fair. Very good range of products that you’d find in salons, not on the high street.”

“Rubbish company, awful customer service. Bought waxing kit and they send me only waxing heater, if I wanted to buy a heater I'd buy only heater. I send them email and after reply they disappeared. No answer no money no the rest of order. Shocking. Its actually not about the money but about humanity and honesty. Definitely out of list and advice for everyone else before buying.”
