“The worst web site I have ever bought in Sweden. They don´t answer the emails. When you call they pretend they don´t hear you and hang up the phone. It is really hard to contact when it comes to complain. The return instructions are not clear in the website. And I have to pay return shipping even if I don´t open the products. What is the point? There are so many other websites where I can purchase and return without any shipping cost. I am really disappointed with Notino website. I would never recommend this website to anyone and I will never buy at Notino anymore.”
