“I am very disappointed with my experience. All of the diffusers I received were of poor quality. Some arrived not working at all, and others stopped functioning within the first week of use. Additionally, the customer service is unhelpful and does not provide any resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in the company’s products and services. I would not recommend this website to others.”

“Mostly I prefer using Notino, except that some items I use frequently that are more expensive, even with a discount code, but also that the option to collect my parcel, as it's the safest option for me due to couriers leaving parcels in areas where they go missing removes the option to pay via Klarna. So I take the chance of having the order delivered, and if it's not then...well, I'm not the one out of pocket when I have specified to the couriers on many occassion that there are no safe places to leave parcels, but that's really not the point, is it?!”

“I was looking online for blotting paper with puff and compact. Notino came up on the search engine with what exactly I was looking for, so I clicked on the item. It was perfect and a really good price. Then I was temped by the sale option in the drop down menu and found my favourite sol de janiero body mist was on there for an absolute steal. Free shipping and 15% off with a voucher code. I think notino may be my new “go to” for all things beauty.”

“I keep returning to Notino because of their range of products and also because of their discounts which help immensely. It is the best place to get Biorepair dental products and I would not go anywhere else. So far, orders have always been accurate and I have ordered a few times. Delivery is always on time and I have never had to contact customer services or return items.”

“Notino make me happy because they sell the best Nail Polish which is "Happy Ever After"!! This is not available in shops anymore so I was so happy to find it on Notino a couple of years ago - have made many purchases - the prices are good and they have prompt delivery service. Would recommend.”
