“Unfortunately,your on line service yesterday was malfunctioning . There was no way of finding this out until,after nearly 45 minutes ,going through each stage of the process and verifying that I was human,but then being unable,despite repeated attempts, to complete the purchase,I telephoned your company and was told of the fault by the ladyt o whom I spoke.Today,the process was very quick and easy but yesterday was,to say the least a very frustrating and time consuming process which rather diminished my satisfaction with the price etc”

“Yes, I enjoy shopping with Notina, some really good discounts, the only thing I would add is that it would be nice to get a few perfume samples of the brands purchased. When shopping on line I’d be loathe to consider a new fragrance not having tested it, so the samples would be an opportunity for yourselves as well as your customers to shop other scents in future.”
