“My order never arrived....so my friend did get her birthday present!!! When I phoned up I was told it was my fault that the order hadn't been sent, not at any point did Notino contact me to say that there was a problem with the order. Absolutely shocking customer service!! Will never order from them again 😠😠😠”

“Notino's Website is easy to use. Have used Notino for a good few orders and I have always been able to get what I want. Fantastic service. Will continue to use them over other Beauty sites and I have used a few in the past. Things I have purchased so far from Notino have been cheaper and in stock than other sites, always consistent.”

“This is the first time l have purchased from Notino. The site is clear and concise and the prices are excellent. My only concern was the automatic address finder. After entering the post code it provided the house name and the nearest town (10 miles away)! Even when l had entered the address manually l had to fiddle about with the data to get the address to read properly. Apart from that, all good.”
