“Nice and easy to use. Paypal is a good option. But, mainly the savings are excellent. When looking online some major well known high street stores (Boots) etc were more than double the price. I have ordered from Notino many times now and the service and quality of products is excellent. Thank you. Steven”

“Jeg sendte en YSL pudder retur. Jeg lavede en returnering og printede det label, som der kom med returneringen. Den kunne de ikke scanne ved indlevering og jeg kunne derfor ikke få et tracking nr., men bliver oplyst at pakken sagtens kan sendes retur uden, da label indeholder det, som det skal. Nu kan Notino ikke finde min returnering og har derfor afvist denne. Jeg skal nu betale for et produkt, som jeg ikke er i besiddelse af og kundeservice er ikke behjælpelige, hvis det ikke er et tracking nr. Så jeg anbefaler absolut ikke at købe herfra, hvis der er en chance for, at man skal sende noget retur.”

“I had to change the delivery details on a purchase I made literally an hour earlier. I rang them and a lovely lady dealt with my misdemeanor, then I realised I made another mistake. I apologised. It was no problem. The lovely lady changed the details yet again. There was no attitude, she just changed the details again. Superb Customer Service. I will be back🙏”

“The shopping with Notino would be more satisfying if they would not charge for delivery when they say they will not. I ve just paid for my shopping - free delivery over £30 says on the home website. When got to my shopping basked with bill £46 to pay what's a surprise - £3.49 for 'free' delivery been added.”
