“Notino sent me an ad promising a free gift with purchase. At no point during the purchase process was the gift made available. After making the purchase, I alerted Notino to their error, to which they responded that the fault my own for not finding the gift during the purchase process. I explained that the gift was not made available during the purchase process and asked them to send me the gift anyway, to which they firmly refused. A total scam.”
