“Box turned up well sturdy, kicks were spotless inside. Whoever packed this knew what they were doing.”

“i think Novelship might be a fraud. I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and they were immediately shipped to Novelship for authentication within three days. For over two weeks the shoes have been sitting at Novelship - it is now two weeks past the expected delivery date, and the only updates they will give me is that they are awaiting courier pick up. This is an absurd response considering that Novelship controls the courier pick up times. They continue to refuse to give me any credible updates. Given that they are two weeks past the delivery date, the shoes remain in their inventory, and haven’t shipped I’ve tried to cancel the order, but they refused to process the cancellation. Dishonest, in transparent, and impossible to deal with.”

“Dear All, I am very, very disappointed with the Novelship service. I ordered my product on 19th April and paid for DHL fast service. Until today, 30th April 2026, there has been no arrival. It was agreed to arrive on 26th April, until I write in and provide feedback to me that they have a backlog issue. I do not accept this reason. Send msg and no reply, and in another 7 days for the items to come. Ask for a refund and no answer. Collect my DHL money and give me sea delivery...I am going to take illegal action against them very soon”

“첫 번째 신발이 검수 통과 못했는데 솔직히 기준이 좀 빡빡한 것 같았어요, 제가 봤을 땐 괜찮았는데. 그래도 라서 그냥 받기로 했어요.”
