“Love these Noxen ponchos. We bought the larger ponchos which were an amazing find for my son who is 6’4. In addition they had a fantastic range of colours. The customer service is exceptional. There was a delay with shipping and they got in touch to make sure we weren’t going to be away over Christmas so they could ship to a different address. I initially bought 4 ponchos and later bought another, they refunded the second lot of shipping and combined our order. Oh and did I mention the quality? Fantastic”

“Great products and amazing customer service! We were given these towels last Christmas and loved them so much we purchased a handful for all Of our son, nephews and niece. We had them personalised and we ordered some that were on pre order. From the moment I asked for assistance online for timeframes and sizing to the delivery of the items the team were amazing. We will definitely purchase again!”

“Not sure who I'm talking about - never heard of Five Percent Brands and Noxen with Me and the Brave on the sign isn't clear either. However, the brand on the hooded towel I bought is Noxen so that's where my comment is aimed. The service and the price were excellent (I compared the price with the same product in the Baywave foyer - don't go there when Noxen itself is just down the road at Papamoa East.) There was a slight hitch when the stitching on a pocket gave way at the top (a stitch hitch - get it?) but the garment was replaced immediately. The staff I met were pleasant and efficient. I'd absolutely do business there again. The stars in this survey don't appear to react to my cursor but definitely 5 out of 5.”
