“Brilliant service both online and showroom. My dining table and chairs were delivered weeks earlier than expected, which was pleasing. The delivery lads were very professional. They cleared and took away all the packaging afterward and I was very impressed. I placed my order online. The dining table is made from top quality Oak wood, is very heavy, and is very well made. The chairs are beautiful. Very pleased with the service from showroom to delivery.”

“we found Oak Furniture Store on Google, from the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were greeted and informed if we needed assistance that they were there. Inquired about a few things that we were interested in online and they were able to provide further information. The team had very good knowledge about the wooden products and give us a lot of tips on how to care after purchase.”

“Just had all my living room furniture delivered by Oak Furniture Store 😀 was called an hour before to say they were on their way and yes came within the time they had given me they were very friendly and polite they covered my flooring before coming into my home they were very careful with the boxes and mindful of not to cause damage to my deco they also put the furniture where I asked them too everything was spot on from the phone call to them leaving THANK YOU.🥰”

“The best furniture shop that I have had in 70+ yrs, from entering the shop to delivery and putting together the beautiful furniture which took 3 weeks to arrive. Everyone from sales to delivery went out of their way to make my wife and myself feel like very Special/important customers with their very friendly, helpful disposition, I would recommend this to anyone needing beautiful Furniture.”

“Recently moving into a retirement apartment, my daughter found this company online, the furniture we ordered is very nice looking and good quality. The delivery service is beyond our satisfaction, two men here did unboxing, positioned it to where we wanted it, and disposed of the package for us. We are very happy with both products and services Oak Furniture Store online offers and recommend them to all.”

“Love the cabinet. Only feedback is that it would have been good to have received messages to advise of the delays with getting the goods. There was no notifications until I emailed and no notice of further delays again until I emailed again.”
