“The showroom salesman guided us through their quality range of solid hardwood furniture without any pushy sales. We feel very relaxed and enjoy browsing the items we have seen online before. Each unit displayed in their showroom is the same as the online one described. We highly recommend this company to others for furniture shopping and we will be back for more.”

“Good quality and easy to assemble once it arrived. I agree with another customer’s comment about the product stamp on the side of the furniture though. I did not expect this and was a little disappointed. Is there any way that this could be changed for future products? I think it cheapens the furniture. But overall I’m very happy with my purchases from your store and would be interested in buying furniture from you again.”

“I would have to say this company is very professional, customer's purchasing record have been kept forever. We requested the original invoice from them for our purchase in 2019 for insurance purposes, Oak Furniture Store immediately react with the email copy. Our insurance claim is now under way, we would come back for our new furniture once funding is approved. North Shore- Auckland”

“Our house was flooded last week in Napier, our insurer would require a copy of the invoice for our furniture purchase 5 years ago. We could not find a hard copy of it, we sent an email to Oak Furniture Store & Sofas, we were impressed that they still kept the copy for us in their record, and we received the invoice copy on the second day by email. A big thank you to the team at Oak Furniture Store & Sofas.”

“Excellent website with unbelievable choices. We are most appreciative of the quality design, finish, and solid oak construction of our sideboard. It arrived on the day of our choice, in a narrow time slot of our choice, and placed in exactly the position of our choice by two polite and cheerful couriers. As a bonus the inch thick top was protected by a sheet of three-ply hardwood between two sheets of cardboard. The plywood is long sought to finish the curve behind the bottom step of our son's gallery staircase. Three-ply is virtually unobtainable anywhere. Like children, we are playing delightedly with the box! Many thanks for your truly outstanding service.”
