“Slow communication on shipping but it was over xmas so that is understandable but the wrong bottle was then delivered with no original Ruinart box, still waiting on feedback from O'Briens. Busy time of year, yes, but it was not that tricky of an order.”

This was signposted on our website and included with order confirmations that were placed in this period. “Gwyn was fantastic to deal with - informative, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Some good offers on quality wines also. It would be useful if the website allowed a mechanism for ordering multiple bottles to multiple addresses though, as I'm sure I am not the only one looking for this feature - hopefully you will have it next year, as multiple individual payments are time-consuming and inefficient.”

“Simply outstanding !!! I live in Sydney Australia and love the convenience of sending gifts to my family through O’Briens Wine. Fantastic website, Great selection to choose from (and love that you carry Torbreck from the Barossa - it’s Amazingly good GSM) at a competitive price and simply outstanding service. Excellent Communication on order status and Very prompt delivery. Goods are always well packaged and arrive in PERFECT condition. If only every online service was this Good !!! “I went to the Carlow store a few days before Christmas, where I've often shopped before. I had also had wine delivered from there to my home. I was surprised to be told that no deliveries are now done of goods purchased in the store- but they are done of goods purchased online. This was not the impression given by the O 'Briens website. I ordered online. Delivery was very satisfactory. Thank you. I am unlikely to visit the store again.”
