“I placed an order on Thursday hoping to have it delivered for a gathering on Saturday but order didn’t arrive to Monday. Definitely must easier and quicker to pop in to the shop!”

Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2- 3 working days to complete, this does not include weekends or national holidays. “Order was perfect and despatched very quickly. I would like to receive an SMS advising an approximate delivery time. Other courier companies do this , giving a 2 hour span during which delivery will be made. I cannot review these wines now except to say I have had some of these wines before and they were superb - hence I re-ordered them .”

“Part of our consignment was damaged in transit and returned to O’Briens. Once I contacted Hannah of O’Briens she quickly got to the bottom of things and arranged for the outstanding items to be replaced and promptly despatched. Thank you Hannah”

“The wine was as I ordered. The only issue I have were with delivery. While I requested UPS to give me updates on estimated time of delivery none were forthcoming. Secondly, when it was delivered it was placed at the side wall of the driveway as it took me 30 seconds to come to the door. It was fortunate that I was in at the time as it may have not been still there if I had not.”

“Blonde waitress tonight we'll it was my first time at night. That blonde made it horrible. She doesn't service. Give napkins. Straws .. just crappy service. Very dirty place. She's just horrible. Skip her sleezy bar. People with no teeth and crappy clothes. There's better people in Wesley chapel FL. More down to earth people whom are happy to have your company and MONEY!🤣 Not going back to that dump”
