“Went to order online but couldn't see a gift message option. Rang the contact number and spoke to a very helpful young lady. As we were talking through the steps I realised that I had missed the popup message option. Carried on with the transaction without problem. Delivery was flagged for next day and it was duly delivered. All in all, happy with the process.”

“I ordered a gift recently for delivery to a family member. As the delivery was to a rural area, I did not have the eircode, only the address. This created difficulty. I managed to source the eircode. The order was then delivered promptly. Thank you.”

“The delivery date was changed from Friday to Monday as the recipient wasn’t going to be at home. The package was delivered on Saturday and left on the doorstep - not ideal as it could easily have been stolen.”
