“The wine was great. However, I thought I was getting pickup at store, I was a bit shocked when I realised it wasn't and I was hit with a delivery charge even though I did pick it up from a store. Also, I queried it and then responded again to which I got no reply. That has really annoyed me.”

There is only a delivery option at the checkout online, regardless of what address you enter, whether that's a personal address or a stores address.
