“The product was perfect. Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the system, my written message did not accompany the gift. Therefore, the recipient had no clue who it was from & it took days, & my own enquiry, to discover what happened. Very disappointing. It totally ruined the surprise element.”

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the missing sender note and the impact it had on the gift surprise. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. Apologies for any inconvenience. Kind regards, O'Briens Wine Team

Hi Dan, Thanks for your feedback. We’ll pass this on to help improve the detail on our purchase pages, including guidance on dryness, body, tannins, and grape varieties. If you’d like, feel free to email us at online@obrienswine.ie with the specific wines you’re considering so we can help you choose. Kind regards, O'Briens Wine Team

“O'Briens wine, great company to deal with, both in shop and on line. My local shop is based at Ardkeen, Waterford and I always get a warm greeting and find the staff knowlegable and helpfull. On line service is good and ordering is always straight forward, delivery is quite speedy and have never had a problem with a broken bottle. My go to company when looking for or ordering wine.”
