“Excellent wine & a timely delivery”

“Great service, and very good value to include delivery in orders over€100 - but as the wines were a present I can't review them individually. One small issue. I have just sent 3 cases to people but the little note that I wrote for the recipients either was not included in the delivery or was not very prominent. In all cases (!) they didn't know who the box was from.”

Hi Dáire, Thank you for your positive feedback. I am so happy to hear that you had a positive ordering experience. However, I am so sorry to hear about your gift messages not arriving. They should be in the box with the order but sometimes can slip down the side of the inserts in travel, could this have been the case? Regardless, I understand the importance of a gift note and I have flagged this with the warehouse so that our team is extra vigilant when shipping. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Very disappointing service. Several orders placed on the same day as corporate gifts delivered to a single address. Caused chaos. Would not recommend this company. Flagged the issue to customer service who were unapologetic and neglected to understand how problematic this was.”

I can see that you ordered and paid for next day delivery on 10/12/2023 which you contacted our customer service about on 12/12/2023. Our customer service followed up directly and made sure this was delivered that same evening as well as refunding you for the delivery charge that you paid.
