Hi Ron, I am so sorry to see that your gift message was not included in your order. At times the notes can move around in transit/ slip down the side of the inserts. I can understand the importance of a gift message in an order especially for an occasion. I have flagged this with our warehouse so that they are vigilant about including the notes and to ensure they are in the top of the box where the recipient can easily access it.
