“Love your wines and delivery service. Reliable and fast. To note, when I got my delivery today the box was open - all wines that should be, were there - but the delivery docket was missing. Slight concern over this - as it does not sun my contact details etc. perhaps should be flagged with DPD. Why would the box have been opened and delivery docket removed? Thanks again, Michelle”

“I am most unhappy in the manner in which above order was delivered. it was " dumped" outside our open gates on wet ground at 9.32 a.m,by their account. Having checked DPD website at. 8 10 am I opened the gates to facilitate delivery. At 9.21 I received a mail advising that"Dean" would deliver between 9- 18 & 9 -10. Although we have an intercom on the gate & 2 door bells we heard nothing ,until our post man , very kindly picked them up & delivered them to our door which is approx 23 metres from the hall door-sometime after 9.30. As we are 84 & 80 years old , picking heavy boxes is not an option. one of the boxes was damaged on a top corned with luckily no damage to the contents. This is not the first time this has happened. We have had problems with this company with other suppliers. Should this continue we shall have to review our wine requirements. We are sorry to write in such a negative manner, but if you are not told there is little you can do about it. Joseph O' Connor , Wheatfield Kilquade A63 H324”

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. In regards to our packaging it is bulky in nature to protect the bottles. Please note that our parcels are packed with an outer cardboard box that is fully recyclable and an inner 'egg carton' packaging which is fully compostable. This is prevent damages to the bottles and although this can occur from time to time, the majority of our orders arrive without any breakages as a result of the packaging.
