“I phoned over not receiving e mail confirmation of order.... To say it was hard to get through is an understatement... Phone kept cutting off... Not my end... When finally got thru and explained..... I was to get call back... Did not.... Got e mail.... Would have preferred call as promised....”

Hi There, I am so sorry that you had trouble getting through to our phones. The lines were particularly busy running up to Christmas but I have raised a ticket with our provider to do a service check on this in the New Year to ensure the calls are coming through and that everything is working properly. “Your delivery service provider just left boxes of the order sitting on the doorstep and did not seem to make any effort to ring the bell or communicate with the occupants. Took a bit of a chance that we would eventually receive the delivery.”
