“Hi, Just to say delivery was good, just as it usually is. One small comment, the packing of the bottles is excellent, and it's such a shame that these can't be reused as opposed to recycled. Do you have the facility to take these back as they are always in perfect condition? If yes what is the location and suggest you should be promoting this on your website Regards John”

Hi John, Thank you for your order and delighted your order arrived intact and safe. Unfortunately we do not have a process of recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me.
