“Good website,excellent service Would have liked a range of snacks to add to the wine I sent as a gift and perhaps the option of a gift box ( outer box with Happy Christmas logo??) but delivery was prompt and the wine well received”

“Price is good, competitive for the market in which they… compete? Delivery is with DPD and so a very good service - I’ve always found DPD incredibly reliable and great communicators. My experience is mostly about customer service, returns and refunds. Hannah has been brilliant throughout the entire process from the point I realised that I’d made an accidental order through to confirming with me that she had instructed the refund - brilliant communication with a cheery demeanour. At all times she demonstrated that she understood what I was requesting and was on top of the situation - this was incredibly reassuring and put me at ease, I was really worried that I’d made a huge mistake and the outcome wouldn’t be good. Even if you don’t have to engage with the customer services team it’s great to know that they are there to help, knowledgable and super efficient. Thank you so much Hannah for making my experience so seamless and stress free (especially on the run up to Christmas, you must be so busy!), it’s made me think that next time I need to order champagne within Ireland I know I’ll be using you guys - many thanks”
