“Quick and simple response to my enquiry. If I can suggest you look at the link sent to me in response to my question. Its not at all easy to see if and what to click on. All I wanted was to change my day the rates to the lower of the two options. Your then stuck with other options non of which were applicable. I already have the options other than the one I wanted. It took another phone call to another operative before I received an email with a further link to sign and accept the change.
