“I love the fact that Octopus Energy provide a telephone number, which when you ring you can speak to a human within a couple of minutes. Staff are friendly and not robotic. Had to switch from British Gas as they don't provide any telephone numbers only a webchat which I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to connect to and even then I had to keep repeating myself. The bonus is that Octopus Energy are also cheaper than British Gas for both gas and electricity.”
