“I bought screen filters for my phone and computer monitor. The phone filter works very well. The screen is perfectly clear and I wouldn't know it had a filter on it, except for the fact that a dog hair managed to drop into the applicator before I applied it to my phone, so there is now an air pocket on the screen with an annoying hair under it (beware when applying!). The monitor screen I am not as happy with. I first tried the non-permanent application method, but due to the ridge of my monitor, the filter kept falling forward, making the screen blurry, so I switched to the semi-permanent method. The finish of the filter gives the screen a sort of lined or pixelated effect, which makes the screen seem a bit blurry at times. Furthermore, the sides of the screen appear darker than the centre (on a 22" screen; perhaps not an issue with smaller screens), which makes it a bit difficult to see when I need to find the X to close an application or when I am comparing two documents side to side, which I often need to do for work. As a result, I am left wondering whether the filter is straining my eyes more than if I wasn't using it...”

“Definitely seem to be helping! Got pairs for my husband and myself. I like that the lenses look normal with the slight blue shift at the right angle but they give the orange overtone. Seems to be reducing eye strain and possibly helping me sleep deeper, though it’s hard to know that. I’ve been wearing them every day for a couple weeks during my screen time. Wish they had more frame options, but that’s ok. The lenses smudge easily and are annoying to clean because of this, but that’s really the only negative for me.”

“It is a bit fiddly to get it on correctly the first time without air bubbles. I got the iPhone one done after 2 attempts. The iPad screen shield is even more difficult to place even following all instructions. After 4 attempts I have settled for some bubbles in the corner and lower edge with a less than perfect alignment. I don’t think I will buy a replacement unless the placement method improves and easier to execute.”

“Bought 2 of the anti blue light shield for iPhone. Would have rated it 5/5 if the application was successfully for both. Applied second piece but somehow not able to get rid of the bubble at top left corner. Otherwise the screen works and felt easier on my eyes.”

“Hi This isn't really a review but a communication. Nope it's hasn't " been a while since you made a purchase from Ocushield." That's such an odd email to receive a month ish after purchase. Your 'How can we help' on the Ocushield packaging has info@ rather than customer@ ? That added time to my followup when I needed assistance. I like your product though!”

“Ocushield is everything that it claims to be. It is very helpful and much appreciated. But be careful when installing the shields. I had bubbles and tried to fix it - ended up ruining the one for my iPhone. 😥”

“The product itself is great and the customer service is good, however, it is not environmentally friendly and the amount of plastic packaging waste is more than I would like. It would be wonderful to see Ocushield use biodegradable "plastic" packaging or offer recycling through partner programs, such as with Terracycle.”

“The laptop shield provides good screen coverage and I like the matte finish. It blocks views from the side which is a negative for me when I use it for online exercise classes. The ipad finish is very shiny and picks up and reflects lights that are behind me, which is annoying. My eyes still seem tired with these shields, so it's hard to say how well they are working.”

“The glass is purple when the phone is off, and when I installed the screen protector there were some bubbles underneath, also the screen protector is already peeling at the edges, but overall very good quality”

“The Ocushields seem effective and my eyes do not get so tired so quickly using the shield on my computer. They could emboss or print the letter F for front on the front of the shield, in case it is removed from the screen. This would help when replacing it.”

“Included fitting case placed screen protector slightly off centre. This meant it lifted slightly when I put the phone back in it's case. Had to be repositioned and now has dust trapped under it. Little frustrating and ruined good protector.”

“The Anti blue light screen protector is great and the attention Ocushield gives us is greater. The privacy filter works very well. The only problem was that I ordered the size 23" W-B (16:10), but was sent to me the 16:9. The high of the protector is bigger than my screen, while the width is smaller. So I needed to cut and mend. Regardless of this problem, I'm sure I will buy more in the future, just hope for the right size the next time.”
