“I paid for the delivery to be Next day so it would arrive due my friends birthday, but it didn’t arrive until the following day.”

Hi Leanne, Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review. We are only able to offer Next-Day Shipping on orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs, and we do try to make this as clear as possible when you select shipping at checkout. Unfortunately, as your order was placed after 2pm on Wednesday, the earliest we could ship this was Thursday morning, using our Express Next-Day Shipping. “My sister Annabel loves champagne, and I'm so glad she does, as she's a wonderful person and I'm pleased to be able to give her something I know she will genuinely enjoy. As I live in New York, I always order a birthday dozen bottles of champagne to be delivered to her in London by Oddbins. My one quibble is that I wish Oddbins had Veuve Clicquot more often in stock than they do - I've had to sub in Laurent-Perrier on several occasions - but whenever I need to liaise with Oddbins about delivery scheduling etc, their service is terrific: helpful and efficient.”

“I used to walk past an Oddbins on my way home from work and would pop in some days to get a bottle, that was over 20 years ago and I was pleased to see the same professional attitude when ordering online. I ordered a next day delivery but due to the weather it was delayed, I was informed in good time and I was happy with this, I also recieved a partial refund on my delivery charge, that's something I did not expect.”
