“Great website, and easy to use. Items despatched and delivered within a couple of days of ordering, with SMS sent to recipients advising them of progress. Love the free delivery on some items too. Oddbins are my go-to site when sending gifts to the UK from NZ. Highly recommended!”

“My shopping experience with Oddbins was great. I chose my product, order and paid for my goods and received notice of shipment. However, that's where things deteriorated. My goods have not arrived, I got an email telling me the delivery driver had left a card, he hadn't. I now have no idea where my order is, or if / when I will get it 😕”

“Used Oddbins many times being very grateful to the Customer Service Team, especially Mr. Stefan Vanrensburg, who always acts (per my request) as a personal advisor, choosing excellent wines for my orders by my criteria and his professional knowledge. He always gives me great and interesting suggestions, expedites my orders and helps if any problems with the shipment /delivery. The best service ever, I will gladly continue using Oddbins and particularly Stefan's kind and smart assistance. I can not review particular wines, because the orders are for my son's family, I do not drink wine at all, but the recipients who love good wines are usually happy about choices made by Oddbins/Stefan”
