“Great online support, but struggling to understand why a delivery from the local Highgate Oddbins wasn’t arranged… bizarre given the delivery came from Birmingham… totally inefficient. Secondly, the parcel was left outside the front gate! Just lucky that no-one stole it.”

“The employee who arranged delivery of wine to three destinations was efficient, and had a pleasant friendly manner. I have heard from all three recipients that the wine was safely delivered in good time. My wishes were met in full, with little effort on my part.”

“Used Oddbins as could choose whatever gift voucher amount I wanted. I had an issue using the site as it wouldn’t let me choose £60 so had to choose 6 lots of £10 and ended up with 6 codes and vouchers! Might be user error. The main issue was that it emailed them to me but I’d selected send as gift and typed in a message and the recipients email address. No idea why it didn’t work. I used the chat function on the web page and the person who helped me was extremely helpful and replied quickly. Cancelled the first order so I could try again and even sent a screen shot. No idea why it didn’t work but no big issue and pleased wife the helpfulness so thank you to whoever replied”

“This is the first time I used Oddbins for a delivery order. I don't live in the UK but the delivery was to family in the UK. This can cause problems with many online stores but Oddbins could not have been easier. Start to finish in 10 minutes and delivery 2 days later. Thank you”

“Each year, living abroad, we send wine as a gift to friends and family. The service is impeccable and even when there have been delivery problems down to the delivery service, oddbins have dealt with it quickly and efficiently. The only issue, we find, is the website which isn't always easy to use.”

“Very unhelpful. So wanted a gift card to give to grandson for Xmas as he said Oddbins is the best place to shop. What I got was an email which I’ve had to print off to give to him on Xmas day. It looks very poor. Not a place I’d shop in future.”
