“The delivery was good but I had typed out a card on the site to accompany the wine and this was not in with the wine so my friend didn’t have an inkling who it was from until I was asked.”

Thank you for your order and review, so sorry to hear about this. We have had a look for you and can confirm your gift message was included on the packing slip. We use a double layered box to send out bottles and in the past we have found some packing slips find themselves wedged in between the two layers during transit, this can then cause the slip to be missed when opening the box. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused on this order, we are looking into alternative packaging that should prevent this from happening in future. Kind Regards The team at Oddbins

“I am using the Oddbins regularly sending wine as gifts for various events to my family in London, and the work of their Customer Service Service Team, and the consultant named Stefan in particular is impeccable, professional, very friendly, being a huge help, constantly assisting me with selections for my order of several bottles and suggestions. The delivery is on time as well. I do not know much about wine myself, and I live in USA, therefore I can not review each particular wine that I never tasted, but my family in London is happy with Stefan's choice and I am going to continue making my wine orders through the Oddbins in the future. “I thought Dan, the customer service assistant who aided me via chat, was exceptional. He reassured me that if I bought some wine and a gift box, he'd make sure they were packed as a set and even arranged for a gift message to be included. He stayed on the chat until I had placed the order and provided the order number for sharing with warehouse. The gift arrived safely and beautifully packed.”

“Disappointed about lack of choice online. Wine out of stock. Family purchased vouchers for my birthday but my preferred wines were not available. The shop did not offer better either. More of same -no stock. I will not be purchasing Oddbins vouchers again.”
