“On ordering a e- gift voucher for my son from Australia I put in a wrong letter in his e-mail address, when we realised he hadn’t received his voucher I sent an email to Oddbins and within a short time they had rectified my mistake and sent of the e- voucher , it wasn’t a problem . Excellent service”

“Wine came very promptly. We were particularly keen to buy this Portuguese wine (Manz) because Chloe Dickson, who recommends it on the website is our daughter-in-law. It hasn’t disappointed and we’ll be back for more, Norah Crammond”

“The customer service team went above and beyond for me on this order. After being tasked with finding some wines for a family member's birthday (with no idea about wine), the team were able to suggest some amazing wines which have been received very warmly indeed. The shipping was very quick and came the next day. Overall, if I could give the wines and the service more than 5* I would. Thankyou”

“The whole customer service team, and especially Stefan, are truly remarkable. They help me to select the wine for my orders that I am sending from far away for my family moved to London, and are incredibly professional, friendly and efficient, making me and the wine recipients very happy. I am planning to use only Oddbins for my future orders because they are great. I can not review the wine, do not drink at all, but my son and their friends are happy, although are too busy now to deal with the review, maybe later on per my request.”

“Always a great selection of bottles to choose from and I rarely find one that I don't like, but that may be a reflection on me as much as the great range! I don't have a store nearby so I rely on the online service which doesn't disappoint. The customer service team are friendly and well informed, and have happily had several conversations with me to share recommendations when I've asked in the past. On the rare occasion that there's been a delivery delay, as is the nature of online ordering, they've been quick to chase the courier and provide a solution. 9 times out of 10 I end up with my delivery earlier than expected - Oddbins are 100% my go to.”
