In the cart with the coupon applied it was good for 0.00 and the site claimed the coupon didn't apply. What a trash-fire of a site, total scam.”
“They had the product at a reasonable price. And yes, I received it within 24 hours of my purchase.
The only downside was that the shipping alert and the "tracking" indicated the product was going to be delivered on 1/31 and today is 1/26.
They need to specify "who is the shipper" - all I know is that the product showed up at my door step mysteriously in a large apt complex - it was a miracle it was not stolen.
This is why consumers insist on knowing the shipper since most promote. share the whereabouts of the product or driver.
For me, the product is fine but the lack of knowledge of the shipment info is negative.”
“Got a fantastic deal for mx3 master mouse for the price of less than half the price. Even though they quoted delivery will take more than 10 days, I received it very next day. “Officesupply.com used a picture of an item that they don't have. I ordered 5 package of BIC 8 assorted pens. Five packaged arrived not as in picture on their site. They arrived cheaply packaged that 2 package burst opened and looked counterfeited. I have my original pens same brand and style, the package is egg wrap not like the ones I received from Officesupply.com. Beware of this company and their return policy, they make you pay for the return and they sent faulty and wrong items.”

“I ordered some storage crates which were not well protected. They came cracked from transport. More than half of the order had misshaped lids from too tight strapping and won’t fit down. Have waited over a week now for driver pickup of my returns which are still at my gate labeled for return. I have an urgent need for these crates. Now I see a nearby town sells similar crates. Being rural I thought I’d save time and effort by ordering from office supply. It was a mistake.”
“Ordered a big piece of furniture which is a tv wall panel and upon assembling it the following week (you know bc it’s not something that everyone can just put together piece by piece the minute it arrives bc WE ARE also heavily informed that WE ONLY HAVE A “3 day window”) there were parts missing. So I call and the chick over the phone was very short pretty much wanted nothing to do with me, told me I only had a “3 day window” and that I’d have to call the manufacturer. When I contacted Officesupply.com and their shipper (on track) today they claim the paper was delivered on 6/7/22. THIS IS A LIE! I live in a guard gated neighborhood with video recorded entry and exit. I also live on a dead end cul-de-sac with no through traffic within the guard gated neighborhood.
Finally, I was working from home all day on the 7th and my office faces the street!
This is a shady company. I am 100% out of printer paper and will have to now order again from a reliable company.”
“If I could give negative Stars I would I ordered it over $200 item after 4 days of waiting and the status of the order still saying being processed I decided to call the company. I am then told oh the item is on backorder in will not be received and their warehouse for 3 weeks.. according to the website when I ordered said item it said it was in stock meaning there in their warehouse this confirms they lied I requested a refund now we will see, the lady on the phone was nice enough whether she does as she says she's going to do is another matter.”
“Extremely poor service. Purchased an item on their website as it was a few dollars less than the big box stores. They scheduled their 3rd party shipper (T Force Logistics). The shipper had the item for 4 days in their warehouse. Each day, the website would say it was out for delivery but it would never arrive. I called the shipping company several times and they could not provide a status update. I called Office Supply after the 4th day to let them know I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. They were very short on the phone and said they would have to open a case in order to find out what happened to the product. It is not my fault you chose to use an incompetent shipping company.”

The case was open on front porch after shipping, one can was missing, and another of the 12 can had the top crushed. I’m still waiting to find the discount and or credit for the open / damaged case. The offer to return the case was not Feasible due to need of two of the cans to start cleaning. After explaining this via email I’m still waiting to find the outcome.”
“I recently ordered an office chair from officesupply.com and within 3 days they dropped the price by 25% and sent me another reduced price offer for the same item after 10 days. When I called their customer service to ask for a price adjustment to my original order, they said that my order was more than 7 days old and they couldn't adjust the price any longer due to their "7-day policy". That is the absolute worst excuse from customer service anywhere. They sent me the reduced price offer only after the adjustment window had expired. I've purchased thousands of products from online retailers everywhere but never have I experienced this type of treatment before. In most places, if the company drops the price of an item within 30 days of purchase, the customer is entitled to a refund for the extra amount. Looking at their reviews, I'm not surprised how bad they are. This was my first experience with this company and now I'm regretting. BEWARE!! They will screw you with clever discounts and lure you into buying more with bait and switch tactics. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! There are far better options out there.”
