I ordered some product and was shorted 1 item. when I sent in a request to be contacted I received an auto reply saying they would be getting back to me. Well Here we are. Still getting ads like I'm going to buy something else. What I'm Saying is the customer service here sucks worse than the shipping dept. Now watch they will pop up another auto reply that leaves me a number to call.

I ordered a Realspace Cressfield Bonded Leather chair for my office work at home. I received the order on time within 2 days of placing the order. The price was the best among so many big companies such as Office Depot, Staples, Amazon etc. Best deal I have got so far for the office chair shopping. Thinking of buying one more from office supply.

I am not a bot. I live in Madison, Wisconsin and I ordered two chairs from officesuppply.com. The workpro quantum 9000 and workpro 1000. Timeline of events: - August 11, 2021: I called and got a hold of a very communicable customer service rep at 1-866-302-5397. Asked if I could buy two chairs, keep the one I like and return the other. They said no problem, they'd send a prepaid shipping label for the return as long as I kept all the packing materials and I didn't damage anything while trying the product out. - August 11, 2021: Later in the afternoon, I placed the order. The $269.99 price on the workpro quantum 9000 was significantly less than anywhere else online or anywhere at a local office depot (three of them in the city I live in). - August 12, 2021: I kid you not. They arrived on my front step at 3pm. To my amazement, shock, and disbelief, I leaped for joy. - August 12, 2021: 11:00pm. I assembled the quantum 9000, expecting and almost hoping to find defects with the products. Looking for something to help me make sense of this. Or maybe, to affirm my suspicions from reading reddit reviews about officesupply.com. But this chair is in pristine, new, fully functioning, undamaged box, condition. I'm sitting in it right now and still waiting for something bad to happen. But officesupply.com fully delivered, literally in less than 24 hours. I still don't understand how this was possible. For those of you considering purchasing the quantum 9000 for $269 from officesupply.com --- do it. I could have waited longer for some other online or in-store sale price of $200. But really, who knows when that's going to happen. I'm happy with $269 and 1 day shipping. Incredible.

I searched office chair deals in Google and found a deal for a Realspace chair in Officesupply.com and then placed an order. I waited for a week and got an email from paypal saying that I have a refund from officesuppy.com. Officesupply did not send me email about the cancellation. I login to my officesupply account and noticed that my order has been canceled, although at that time in google I could still see officesupply's ad for the same chair at the exact same price. So, do not waste time with this company.

I ordered two large commercial size pump bottles of concentrated Nestle's hazelnut creamer. These have a shelf life of one year, unopened. If they are opened, they have a shelf life of only 30 days. This company sent me product that expires 32 days from now, as in, it is already 11 months old. I have two huge bottles that will not get used in 32 days. I called Veronica in customer service and she very flippantly told me that their policy is that they will ship anything that's within 30 days of expiration, whether or not it is supposed to have a 12-month shelf life. I will not do business with this company again and I told her so. She didn't care. One customer lost. Was it worth it? I spent over $250 on 2 orders that day. Bad decision here.

We worried about whether or not this was a legit website due to the reviews, but had no issues ourselves. The price was great, our order arrived quickly (two days), and quality was perfect. We would shop here again!

Placed an order which officesupply.com cancelled the next day saying the item was out of stock. They are still advertising the item as available on their website. DO NOT trust them with anything you really need!!!

I was a little nervous about buying from the company after reading all of the bad reviews about shipping. I ordered ink pens for a back to school give a way, correction tape and a pack of binders. I couldn't beat the price and not needing the items for weeks I took a chance. I placed my order on Monday, received free shipping (my order was a little over $45). On Wednesday my order arrived just as I ordered it. I would most certainly use officesupply.com again.

This company is completely bogus. Order nothing from them. As to the question, "What went wrong?" a better question would be, "What went right?" because everything went wrong. Nothing ever arrived, and it was supposedly shipped by Courier Express. All of my e-mails to Office Supply receive courteous replies by no real substance.

I ordered product 3 1/2 Months ago and still have not received my order!! When I try to check the tracking number, it then says “does not exist”. Them taking my payment exists but my order I paid for does not exists?? When I try to contact customer service, there is no live person to speak to! You fill out a box of your complaint and they never get back to you! Such a scam!!!!! Do not buy from this company.

We ordered a coffee maker for our business on 16 Feb 2021...after several follow up calls to Officesupply.com.....lie after lie. spoke to a horrible customer service rep named Melissa....said the 3rd party distribution company wasn't get back to her another lie. The best part is that the next customer service rep I got told me it had been shipped on 16 Feb 2021....when I asked them to provide a shipping notice they couldn't...now what kind of system is that. They had no problem offering my money back because there was never a product available in my opinion. Let's see how smooth the refund process goes.Worst part no follow-up on my calls...if I would have read the reviews in advance of the order I wouldn't have ordered from them that's my bad. I believe any good review they have they probably created internally. Stay clear....poor business model.

Ordered 12 cans of Glade spray. Only got 9. Got a $5 refund back but the 3 missing cans cost over $8. Tried to leave a good product review but they wouldn't publish it because I mentioned the missing items. Will not shop there ever again.

I have been a long time customer of OfficeSupply.com for ten years. I have never had an issue like any of the ones below. Sure, when you are a big company like they are some things are bound to happen and people are going to find a way to complain. No one ever takes time to say something positive anymore. When we have had issues it has always been dealt with quickly by friendly US based customer service. The prices are often better than Amazon (and you cant even call Amazon) and we often get two day delivery for all of our office needs without a Prime Membership. I highly recommend.

Ordered a package of boxes. 3 business days later I checked tracking and the label was made but hadn't been shipped. Called and got a message that everyone in customer service was busy helping shipping. Called again and got through to an operator. yada yada. They admitted it had not been shipped out, possibly lost but they could reship or cancel for me. They wouldn't expedite shipping. She stated they don't guarantee anything will ship within 2-3 days. Also their "Happiness guarantee" is for the products themselves, not the shipping. Guess I'll never find out. What a useless company.

This is definitely the worst experience I've ever had and similar to all others who wrote their reviews here. They sent the shipment to a wrong address which is even not in my state!! UPS returned it. it is impossible to get in touch with them, they do not answer calls repeating - "we apologize for delay, we are experiencing higher then normal call volume". I can understand why, they have so many complains. They did not answer a single email I sent to their email address. So, evidently, they did not fulfill their obligations and they do not want to do anything with it. Do not use their service!!!

Do not do business we this place. Order AA batteries and they just throw them in box. The box they come was all torn up and just thrown in there. Even doing a complaint with BBB they still don’t care. Wish the president of the company knew what he had for customer service and shipping. All I got from them was nothing wrong with the product. How do I know they are not just used batteries they stuck in a box.
