“I bought 2 bookcases. I was contacted by customer service by email that I needed to talk to the shipping department. I called and got no answer so I responded to the email from customer service. I didn't hear back so I nudged customer service to see if they received the email. They informed me that they had. I thought all was well. I checked my bank account this morning and saw I had been refunded. I called back and got a very aggressive customer service agent. They sounded like a lawyer when they responded to my questions. It turns out that shipping wanted to know if I would be at home when delivered and could I remove the bookcases from the truck myself. They said that since I did not respond, even though the customer service agent confirmed that I had, my order was canceled. What kind of company makes you come and remove your order off the truck? I spent almost $800.00 on the shelves and I should be able to get the shelves taken to my door, at least. The customer service was terrible with how they handled this order. I was waiting for something that was never going to come and did not receive an email letting me know my order was canceled. Would you like to know what I did get from them? Spam email started to fill up my mailbox. I am not buying anything there again and I urge you not to as well.”

“Ordered is Oct. and received an email that it had been shipped. I really wanted the items, but after two months of waiting,!I asked for a refund and they said yes. I’m still waiting.”

“ONLY GAVE 1 STAR CAUSE I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO POST THE REVIEW BUT I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FROM BEGINING TO NOW! DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THIER WEBSITE. I PLACED AN ORDER AND WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE IT ON THE DELIVERY DATE, I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHY BUT THEY RESHIPPED THEM. BEFORE IT WAS RESHIPPED I ASKED THE AGENT IF I COULD CANCEL THE ORDER IF I DID NOT GET IT BY THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE AND SHE SAID YES. WELL, IT HAS BEEN DELAYED 2 TIMES NOW. I CALLED BACK AND THE AGENT SAID YOU CAN'T CANCEL IT BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.....I SAID NO IT HAS NOT! SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND SAID OH IT'S NOT DELIEVERED BUT YOU STILL CAN'T CANCEL IT BECAUSE IT IS IN TRANSIT AND THEN WHEN IT IS DELEVERED I CANNOT CANCEL IT BECAUSE ITS DELIEVERED!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! THEY SAID I COULD RETURN THE ITEMS BUT I SAID ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS LIE SO WHY SHOULD I TAKE YOUR WORD NOW THAT IF I TAKE THE TIME TO RETURN THAT YOU WILL REFUND ME AND NOT PULL MORE EXCUSES. THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WESBITE MUST BE FILTERED...A LOT! I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO SHOP AMAZON OVER THESE PEOPLE, OFFICE DEPOT, ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE PEOPLE!”

“I am a real person and run a home business. I ran a Google Shopping search for some labels I use for my product and found OfficeSupply had price that was significantly lower than what I usually buy my labels for. I read reviews here and thought I was taking a chance, but they wildly exceeded my expectations. I ordered 12 packages of labels and they arrived within 24 hours and all 12 packages were in the box! They were very good with communication sending emails with my order confirmation and when they shipped with my my tracking number. They gave an original estimate of 6 days to ship, but it arrived in 1 day as it appears they had a distribution site for my order less than 30 miles away. Since my order went off without a hitch, I did not have to deal with customer service where it appears most of their issues are in the other reviews. Great experience this time. I will order from here again.”

“They only offer a 3 day window for the return. Purchased paper and just opened the ream two weeks after delivery. The paper is supposed to be 8.5"x11", but it was clearly cut larger by the manufacturer. This product is unable to be bound with other paper rendering it useless. Simply put, their return policy for a defective product is completely unacceptable. Many other online options out there with better customer service.”

“Price on the printer I bought was good, but that is where the positives end. Customer service was terrible when I called and asked about my order after the date it was supposed to be delivered by had passed and never got a notification of shipment. After that phone call 3 days later it showed up finally. Got the tracking number a day after it was already delivered big help there. Best part of all of this Is I wrote a slightly negative review on the company website and got a email saying it didn’t meet there guidelines so it was never published. Company censorship so they look better than they really are.”

“Very poor customer service! I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them over the years. Their prices are generally very good and shipping usually very quick but if you have a problem with an item or an order don't expect any customer service. They are curt and unbending.”

“I ordered a chair on sale, the order was confirmed, and my credit card was charged. Then, OfficeSupply.com CANCELLED my order then raised the price on the chair. I understand that prices can change, but they did not honor an existing order at the sale price, actively cancelled the order, then raised the price. Very shady, I do not recommend doing business with them.”

“I ordered some product and was shorted 1 item. when I sent in a request to be contacted I received an auto reply saying they would be getting back to me. Well Here we are. Still getting ads like I'm going to buy something else. What I'm Saying is the customer service here sucks worse than the shipping dept. Now watch they will pop up another auto reply that leaves me a number to call.”

“I ordered a Realspace Cressfield Bonded Leather chair for my office work at home. I received the order on time within 2 days of placing the order. The price was the best among so many big companies such as Office Depot, Staples, Amazon etc. Best deal I have got so far for the office chair shopping. Thinking of buying one more from office supply.”

“I am not a bot. I live in Madison, Wisconsin and I ordered two chairs from officesuppply.com. The workpro quantum 9000 and workpro 1000. Timeline of events: - August 11, 2021: I called and got a hold of a very communicable customer service rep at 1-866-302-5397. Asked if I could buy two chairs, keep the one I like and return the other. They said no problem, they'd send a prepaid shipping label for the return as long as I kept all the packing materials and I didn't damage anything while trying the product out. - August 11, 2021: Later in the afternoon, I placed the order. The $269.99 price on the workpro quantum 9000 was significantly less than anywhere else online or anywhere at a local office depot (three of them in the city I live in). - August 12, 2021: I kid you not. They arrived on my front step at 3pm. To my amazement, shock, and disbelief, I leaped for joy. - August 12, 2021: 11:00pm. I assembled the quantum 9000, expecting and almost hoping to find defects with the products. Looking for something to help me make sense of this. Or maybe, to affirm my suspicions from reading reddit reviews about officesupply.com. But this chair is in pristine, new, fully functioning, undamaged box, condition. I'm sitting in it right now and still waiting for something bad to happen. But officesupply.com fully delivered, literally in less than 24 hours. I still don't understand how this was possible. For those of you considering purchasing the quantum 9000 for $269 from officesupply.com --- do it. I could have waited longer for some other online or in-store sale price of $200. But really, who knows when that's going to happen. I'm happy with $269 and 1 day shipping. Incredible.”

“I searched office chair deals in Google and found a deal for a Realspace chair in Officesupply.com and then placed an order. I waited for a week and got an email from paypal saying that I have a refund from officesuppy.com. Officesupply did not send me email about the cancellation. I login to my officesupply account and noticed that my order has been canceled, although at that time in google I could still see officesupply's ad for the same chair at the exact same price. So, do not waste time with this company.”
