"Officesupply.com used a picture of an item that they don't have. I ordered 5 package of BIC 8 assorted pens. Five packaged arrived not as in picture on their site. They arrived cheaply packaged that 2 package burst opened and looked counterfeited. I have my original pens same brand and style, the package is egg wrap not like the ones I received from Officesupply.com. Beware of this company and their return policy, they make you pay for the return and they sent faulty and wrong items."

Have waited over a week now for driver pickup of my returns which are still at my gate labeled for return. I have an urgent need for these crates. Now I see a nearby town sells similar crates. Being rural I thought I\u2019d save time and effort by ordering from office supply. It was a mistake."

"Damaged Case - Scrubbing Bubbles\r\nThe case was open on front porch after shipping, one can was missing, and another of the 12 can had the top crushed. I\u2019m still waiting to find the discount and or credit for the open \/ damaged case. The offer to return the case was not Feasible due to need of two of the cans to start cleaning. After explaining this via email I\u2019m still waiting to find the outcome."
