“I am disappointed with my experience. On December 17th, I ordered a CD as a Christmas present for my mom, and it didn't even ship until the day AFTER Christmas. There was a holiday shipping countdown on the website, and I was still within the time frame to receive my order before Christmas. As an online seller who ships items within 24 hours of receiving payment, this delay is unacceptable to me, and I hope such delays are not typical. I will not be buying from this company, again.”

Your order was mailed within two business days of receipt. (The other two days were a Saturday and Sunday!) According to the original order, we promised "Estimated delivery Tuesday, December 17th 2019 to Wednesday, December 25th 2019." According to USPS, this delivered on December 21st.
