“One of the items ordered was not shipped and there was no notice why (copies appeared to be still in stock when I shopped online) and at least an email notification of why it was omitted from the order and to see a revised receipt would be helpful for piece of mind as far as knowing the customer wasn't charged. This happened last time I ordered too, and it's a bit disappointing to see it happen again.”

“Even though the merchandize is NEW, sometimes the DVDs I order, the cases they come in are not in the best condition! You need to work on that BIG TIME! THIS IS WHY I DON'T ORDER from you FREQUENTLY! Cases can sometimes have rips, dings & dents! UNACCEPTABLE! PLEASE IMPROVE!!!”

“Things to say ... our first order with Oldies was a disappointment because of inferior DVD reproduction on a western collection DVD. Movies paused continuously, we finally devised a way through the remote, to keep film moving. The second order produced good quality DVD's. but slow in arriving.”

“Feel like shipping policy is confusing. Bought four items, said I qualified for free shipping, but each item had extra $3 shipping fee not covered by free shipping. On top of that, package sent by FedEx Smartpost not genuine Fedex. For the more than $10 I paid for shipping, I expect straight UPS or FedEx. These combination UPS/FedEx/USPS hybrid services are terrible!”

“Mixed feelings. I purchased two dvds. One was dark and difficult to see but I don’t know if it was because of the transfer to dvd or if the film was just shot that way. My main objection is the cost of shipping. I find it way rotor high and if a person purchases many dvds the cost could become prohibitive”

“This review is rated "acceptable" due to occasional damaged/smashed jewel boxes (contents OK) received; due to conflicting sale prices (e.g., GENE PITNEY- 2.98 vs 99 cents. How about a custom oldies service where customers can purchase made-to-order CDs with THEIR content selections?”
