“Ordered videos 9/6 (Fri)and the order form says "ships in 2-3 business days". Videos were rec'd 9/19 which seems a long time just coming from Philadelphia. One of the video cases was badly damaged although the package was in bubble wrap. As to on time delivery I don't know-only update given was on the day it arrived. I made a list of all the movies I want to order from here, but am not sure about ordering again.”

“The BJ Thomas Album was a rerecord, and unlike the original hits in any way. The box of pre-packs hits No. 1 was a total disappointment, especially at $50.00 plus shipping! I have now purchased 2 of these (different) pre-packs, and have been totally disappointed with both. If you are looking for records from the 60's or 70's, I would avoid these like the plague! Ever since Nina "left" the business it has been all downhill from my perspective.”

“They have the goods and they are indeed brand-new but they like to ship heavy DVDs in a bubble wrapped envelope, which sucks. My "50-movie DVD collection" DVD case came with a damage on the back cover art. Most likely caused by some careless worker throwing the package inside the mail truck like it was a frisbee. If Oldies.com would have used a normal cardboard shipping box, I'm sure my DVD wouldn't have such a damage. Cheap bastards!”
