“When ordering online I assumed, like I'm sure most people do, that the item listed is available. One of the CDs was not and I would not have ordered either CD if I had known that. There was no explanation when I received the one CD only and the response to my email request to customer service was very long and difficult to understand. I had to call to find out what happened. I will never order from this company again.”

“Took Oldies.com 7 days to print a shipping label and get the order out the door. When the package arrived, one of the CDs had a cracked case. Since these are intended to be Christmas presents, that's quite disappointing.”
