“They did not ship one of the movies I ordered. I ordered 3 movies, (2) old $4 movies (movies you would find in the $.99 bargain bin) and one $.99 on sale movie (that you would pay $5 for). They also charged $7 for shipping. However they only shipped 2 of the movies, the more expensive movies and still charged the same amount for Shipping. They did not notify me they were not shipping one of the movies, or the reason for not shipping it. On there website, it still shows they have 5 copies of the movie they did not ship “available.””

Based on what you ordered and the method of shipment you selected, we estimated a delivery date on or prior to December 29th. According to USPS, it delivered on December 31st.
