“There was a confusion in the address of my order, which Oldies did not catch, so what I ordered was sent to an address other than the one I gave Oldies originally where the door is locked (because it is my office, closed during the pandemic) other than to my home (both addresses were confusingly on the order. When I called Customer Service, Oldies could not have been more gracious in correcting the address glitch on the computer.”

“It was by accident I found that web site. I've by searching for years to find certain movies. Mostly the low budget, independent and forgotten films. It was a great pleasure to find what I wanted, not all, but most. Especially in brand new unopened packages. Thou the wait time for delivery is long. I understand why it takes so long, but it is annoying.”

“Prices are really good but then a shipping charge is added and it is almost as much as the item itself. I ordered a "Sandy Nelson" CD a while back was sent a "Nelson Eddy" CD instead. Not sure if they are the same guy or not. The Nelson Eddy is very good just a little confused and maybe this survey can help get some resolution.”
